Project tasks
Tasks are stored against a specific project and can be assigned to members of the company workspace.
The Project Tasks card summarizes task activity using Open, Done, and Overdue counts so users can quickly see the current workload on the project.
Add a task
From the Project Tasks section, choose Add Task. LupinusBuild opens the Add Project Task dialog.
Task title is required. A new task defaults to TO DO status and Normal priority unless another priority is selected.
Assign tasks
Tasks can be left Unassigned or assigned to an eligible member of the company workspace.
LupinusBuild loads active company members for task assignment. Viewer accounts are excluded from the assignable-member list.
The task card displays the assigned person using their full name when available, with email used as the fallback display value.
Task status and completion
The project task card uses a checkbox for completion when the current user has permission to complete tasks.
Marking a task Done records its completion time. Reopening the task changes it back to TO DO and removes the stored completion time.
Due dates and overdue tasks
Due dates are optional. Tasks without a due date display No due date.
An unfinished task is considered overdue when its due date is earlier than the current calendar date. Completed tasks are not treated as overdue.
Overdue tasks are visually distinguished in the project task list, and their due-date label is prefixed with OVERDUE.
Task permissions
Task actions are permission-aware. LupinusBuild evaluates task capabilities separately rather than treating all task actions as one permission.
Add task

Assign task
Controls whether a user can change task assignment.
Complete task
Controls whether a user can mark tasks done or reopen them.
Delete task
Controls whether a user can permanently delete a task.
