Administrative access
Team management is currently available to the Primary Admin and CFO roles.
Other roles can view supported team information, but they do not receive the team-management controls documented in this guide.
Review Roles & Permissions →Team Members
The Team Members screen summarizes company membership and invitation activity.
Member cards show the person's display name, email, assigned role, and current member status.
Invite a team member
Authorized administrators can choose Invite Team Member to create a new pending invitation.
Email is required. The current form checks that the value contains both an @ symbol and a period before creating the invitation.
Available invite roles
Field User is the default role in the current invitation form. Primary Admin is not available as an invitation role.
Change a member role
Authorized team administrators can choose Change Role for an existing member.
Available role changes are CFO, Admin, Manager, Field User, and Viewer.
The updated role is stored on the company membership record and becomes the basis for the member's LupinusBuild permissions.
Disable and reactivate members
An authorized administrator can disable an active member or reactivate a member who is currently disabled.
Disable
Changes the company membership status to Disabled.
Reactivate
Changes the company membership status back to Active.
This preserves the member record rather than deleting it.
Pending invitations
The administration screen displays invitations whose current status is PENDING.
A pending invitation can show the invited person's name, email, optional phone number, assigned role, and invitation status.
Authorized administrators can choose Cancel Invitation. Canceling changes the invitation status to CANCELED and records the cancellation time.
The invitation model supports Accepted status and acceptance metadata. The team-management code reviewed for this guide does not define the user-facing invitation-acceptance flow, so that process is not documented here.
Primary Admin protection
The Primary Admin membership is protected in the current team administration interface.
Team administrators cannot use this screen to change the Primary Admin role or disable the Primary Admin account.
The Team Members screen visibly marks the Primary Admin as PROTECTED and does not expose the standard role-change or disable controls for that member.
